# Installation

## Requirements

- 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.
- Local administrator rights only if Windows requests them for a driver or firewall choice.
- Network access to printers for local discovery and supported controls.

## Steps

1. Download the complete ZIP and extract it to a new folder outside any existing Creal Farm Desk installation.
2. Run `INSTALL.cmd` and allow the Windows PowerShell installer to finish.
3. Open Creal Farm Desk from the created desktop shortcut.
4. Create new local credentials. They are not supplied by the seller.
5. In the setup wizard, scan the authorized local network, review discovered devices and add the printers you want in the farm.

The installer is designed for a clean commercial install and does not migrate a private/personal installation. Back up any existing app data yourself and choose an unused destination before installing this commercial build.
